125℃lead-free automotive wire compound is granular compound which is manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. It regards advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and adds plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients. These products have excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. The cables with them can meet T3 automotive wire requirements in NFR13-415 standards. The highest working temperature is 125℃.
環保型125℃汽車原線料是以優質聚氯乙烯樹脂為基料，加入特種增塑劑、穩定劑等助劑，經混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒狀電纜料。產品具有良好的機械物理性能和電性能，加工性能優異，符合RoHS環保標準。制成電線后可滿足ISO 6722 中T3型汽車線要求，最高工作溫度為125℃。

Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
