The SB-6000 series is IPN of styrene thermoplastic elastomeric compounds. There are no harmful contents, and have excellent physical and mechanical properties, and high-temperature resistant. There are rubber characteristics under -50℃conditions. The highest working temperature is 125℃. The range of hardness is from 50A to 40D. The tensile strength, elongation and elastic resilience can match TPU.
TPE-EP6000系列是苯乙烯類熱塑性彈性體的互穿網絡聚合物(IPN),不含有害物質,具有優異的物理機械性能,耐高低溫性卓越,在-50℃時仍具有橡膠特性,最高工作溫度125℃,其硬度范圍50A~40D,其拉伸強度、伸長率和回彈性等可與聚氨酯(TPU)相媲美。
SB-6000 series can be used for:
l Insulation jacketing of submarine cables and polar cables. Jacketing of various telephone lines and electrical wires under harsh environment
l Soft anti-flex cable jacketing of cable core under 90-125 ℃
l Fitness and sports apparatus, like chest developer, advanced gym shoes, etc,
l Rubber parts of medical appliance, seal parts and rubber parts of electric appliance
l Tenacity modification of plastics and engineering plastics.
SB-6000系列彈性體可以用于:
1、海底電纜,極地電纜的絕緣護套。嚴酷氣候下的各種電話線,電子線的護套;
2、線芯溫度90-125 ℃的柔軟耐曲繞電纜護套;
3、健身與體育用品;如擴胸器,高級運動鞋等;
4、醫療器械橡膠件,密封件,電子電器用橡膠件;
5、塑料與工程塑料的增韌改性。

Dry Condition干燥條件
No need for drying in normal environment. If the compound was affected with damp, dry it in 90℃conditions for 2-3 hours, or in 70-80℃ for 3-4 hours. Keep the moisture content of compound smaller than 0.1wt%.
一般不需干燥。如受潮,在90℃條件下干燥2-3小時,或在70-80℃條件下干燥3-4小時,保持樹脂含水量小于0.1wt%后再使用。
