    Product Description產品描述
    90℃soft lead-free oil-resistant flame-retardant PVC jacketing compounds are granule compounds which are manufactured with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw material, and add special plasticizer, stabilizer, high-efficiency flame-retardant and other accessory ingredients.
    環保型90℃聚氯乙烯耐油阻燃柔軟護套料是以優質聚氯乙烯樹脂為基料,加入特種增塑劑、特種穩定劑、高效阻燃劑等助劑,經混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒狀電纜料。
     
    Characteristics and Application 特點及用途
    The products have excellent oil-resistant properties, flame-retardant property, soft and good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. They are mainly used for the jacketing of 90℃cables which have flame-retardant and oil-resistant property requirements.
    產品具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性和柔軟性,加工性能優異,符合RoHS環保標準。主要用于90℃耐溫等級并有阻燃和高耐油要求的電線電纜護套。
     
    Processing Indicator加工工藝
    Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
    建議使用普通長徑比為20-25的單螺桿擠出機進行生產。
